The Preventive Effects of Fentanyl Mixture Combined with Esmolol, Urapidil and Nicardipine on Cardiovascular Responses of the Elderly to Tracheal Intubation at High Altitude

目的 观察芬氟合剂复合艾司洛尔、乌拉地尔或尼卡地平对高海拔地区老年人插管反射的影响。方法 选取高海拔地区无心血管病老年人 72例 ,分为 4组给予芬氟合剂再分别给予艾司洛尔、乌拉地尔或尼卡地平和生理盐水 ,在插管前后分析SBP ,DBP,HR。结果 乌拉地尔组插管前后的BP ,HR变化最小。

Objective To observe the preventive effects of fentanyl mixture combined with esmolol, urapidil and nicardipine on cardiovascular responses of the elderly to tracheal intubation at high altitude.Methods 72 old patients without the history of cardiovascular disorders were enrolled into the study, and they were divided into 4 groups. In addition to fentanyl mixture, the 4 groups were administered esmolol, urapidil, nicardipine and normal saline, respectively. Systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and heart rate were recorded. Results There were the fewest changes in urapidil group when blood pressures and HR were compared before and after tracheal intubation. Conclusion It is deemed that fentanyl mixture combined with urapidil can prevent cardiovascular responses of the elderly to tracheal intubation at high altitude.
