三磷酸胞苷治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床观察

Preliminary Clinical Study of Cyntridini Triphosphatis in Treatment of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

目的 观察三磷酸胞苷对糖尿病周围神经病变 (DPN)的治疗价值。方法 将入选患者分为两组 :治疗组给予降糖治疗 +三磷酸胞苷二钠 ;对照组仅给予降糖治疗。观察治疗前后症状变化及运动神经传导速度的变化。结果 无论是症状变化还是电生理检查 ,观察组明显优于对照组。

Objective To investigate the inbihitory effect of cyntridini triphosphatis in treatffient of diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN).Methods Patients with diabetic periphera1 neuropathy were randomly divuled into 2 grops:The patients of treatment group were treated wtth dinatril cyntridini triphosphatis+customary glucose lowering treatments.The patients of control group were maintained the customary glucose-lowering treatments.Observe the changes of symptoms and motornerve conducting velocity (MCV).Results Either symptoms or MCV of treatment group have distinctdifferences.Conclusion Cyntridini triphosphatis on DPN have distinct effect compared with traditional treatellt.
