促排卵治疗与黄素化未破裂卵泡的关系

The Relationship between Ovulation Induction and Luteinifzed Unruptured Follicle

目的 在治疗不孕症过程中 ,了解不同促排卵方案的黄素化未破裂卵泡 (LUF)发生情况。方法 对 5 8周期用克罗米芬 (CC)、5 1周期用尿促性腺素 (HMG)、2 0周期用中药 (CM)促排卵及 2 1 8个自然周期 (NC) ,共 3 47个周期 ,同时测定基础体温、宫颈黏液及B超监测卵泡以诊断LUF。结果 NC ,CC ,HMG ,CM的LUF发生率分别为 2 0 6%,3 1 0 %,2 3 5 %,2 0 0 %。CC ,HMG组LUF发生率显著高于NC组 ;CM与NC组LUF发生率无明显差异。结论 CC ,HMG促排卵可引起LUF的发生率增高 ,CM促排卵不会引起LUF发生率高。

Objective To analyze the relationship betweenovulation induction and luteinifzed unruptured follicle (LUF).Methods 218 with nutrue cycles(NC) and 58 with ovulation induction by colmipgene(CC),5l by HMG, 20 by chinese medician(CM) were minitored by transvaginal ultrasongraphy,cervical mucus score and basal body were examined simultaneously.Results The incidence rate of LUF was 20.6% in grup with NC、31.0% with CC、23.5% with HMG and 20.0% with CM respectively.The incidence rate of LUF in group CC and group HMG were significantly higher than in NC.There was no significant between in CM and NC.Conclusion Ovulation induction with CC or HMG may increase the incidence rate of LUF.
