早孕试条法联合pH试纸法诊断胎膜早破的价值

Value of Combine Test Indiagnsis of Premature Ruture of Membranes

目的 探讨早孕试条法联合pH试纸法 ,在胎膜早破诊断中的价值。方法 对 80例胎膜早破孕妇的宫颈阴道分泌物进行早孕试条法和pH试纸检测。结果 联合法诊断胎膜早破的准确率 88 3 0 %,敏感性 84 3 5 %,特异性 1 0 0 .0 0 %。结论 早孕试条法联合pH试纸法诊断胎膜早破 ,是一种特异性的诊断方祛 。

Objective To strudy the comparatived indiagnostic value of combine test in PROM.Methods 80 cases with ruptured of amniotie membranes took part in our prospective study early pregnancy test and nitazine test were measured in the secretion of cervix and vagina.Results The accuracy of combine test for hiagnosis of PROM was 88.30%,the respectively was 84.35%,the specificity was 100.00%.Conclusion The specificity of combire test rised significantly,and combine test was suitable to bignose the cases of equivocal PROM.
