摘要 本文提出了一种由跨导线性环电路和双极型多端输出的电流镜构成的MOCCII(多端输出的第二代电流传输器)的实现电路。文中详细分析了该电路的工作原理,并给出了实验结果。该电路具有频带宽、电压传输和电流传输精度高、结构简单、易于实现及成本低廉且实用性好的特点。 Realization scheme of MOCCII (Second generation current conveyor with multiple outputs) circuit is presented, This circuit is mainly constructed by a translinear loop and bipolar transistor current mirrors with multiple outputs. Principle of the circuit is analyzed in detail and experiment on the circuit is conducted. The circuit has wide frequency bandwidth, high voltage and current transfer accuracy, simple structure. For this reason, it is easy to be realized with low cost for universal applications.
