摘要
本文制备了锰离子掺杂的0.9SPZT-0.05 Ba(Cu1/2W1/2)O3压电陶瓷。并对该压电陶瓷进行了XRD、SEM和微区成分分析。结果表明材料为钙钛矿结构,掺锰后材料的晶粒变大,但是该压电陶瓷的机械品质因数Qm大幅度提高,由60提高到490。
The Mn element modified 0.95 PZT-0.05 Ba(Cu1/2W1/2)O3 piezoelectric ceramic is synthesized. This kind of ceramic is studied by XRD,SEM and little district composition analysis. The results indicates that the structure of the material is same to the structure of BaTiO3. The Crystalline grain becomes bigger if the Mn element is mixed. At the same time Qm of the piezoelectric ceramic is increased greatly from 60 to 490.
