摘要 介绍了矸石热电厂针对两台75t/h循环流化床锅炉在运行、检修和维护中所出现的锅炉对流受热面、炉墙内衬及旋风分离器等严重磨损问题进行了技术分析,并采取防磨措施和技术革新改造,有效地减缓了锅炉受热面等部位的磨损速度,提高了循环流化床锅炉的燃烧效率和热效率,降低了劳动强度和维修费用,从而保证了循环流化床锅炉运行的安全性、可靠性、稳定性和经济性。 This paper analyzed the wear problems appeared during running and maintaining for two CFB boilers, such as wears on the convective heating surface, the inner walls of the boiler, and whirlwind separator. Technique measures were taken to reduce the wear on the heat exchange surfaces in order to ensure the safety and reliability of the boilers. After the technical reform, the burning efficiency and heat exchange efficiency were increased while labor density and maintain cost were lowered.
