摘要 介绍了一种来源于冬虫夏草的新型免疫抑制剂FTY720,该药具有免疫抑制效果显著,药理作用独特,与CsA和FK506有协同作用,毒副作用低等特点,显示了良好的临床应用前景。 The article introduces a new immunosuppressive agent,FTY720,which comes from Isaria sinclairii.The drug has remarkable immunosuppressive effect,unique pharmacological action,concomitant effect with CSA and FK506,lower toxic action,shows good perspective of clinic application.
