柠檬酸发酵废菌渣的综合利用

Comprehensive Utilization of the Residues from Citric acid Fermentatoin

研究了以柠檬酸渣为原料,采用混合菌固态发酵生产单细胞蛋白饲料。发酵结束后不仅提高了柠檬酸渣的适口性和香味,而且活菌细胞数达到45亿个/g,粗蛋白达37.8%。同时对发酵培养基中各成分对发酵的影响也进行了研究。

Utilization of the residues from citric acid fermentation as materials to produce the single cell protein fodder was inves-tigated through the solid fermentation with mixed strain.Result of fermentation is that the residues not only become tasteable and fla-vor,but also the count of yeast cell had achieved45×10 8 individual per gram,and contain of rough protein was37.8%,at the same time,the effect of composition of culture medium on fermentation was studied.
