HPLC测定复方氯己定甲硝唑栓中醋酸氯己定、甲硝唑的含量

HPLC Determination of Chlorhexidine Acetate and Metronidazole in Compound Chlorhexidine acetate and Metronidazole suppositories

建立复方氯己定甲硝唑栓中主要成分醋酸氯己定、甲硝唑含量的高效液相色谱测定方法。色谱柱为大连依利特公司HypersilC18柱(20cm×4.6mm,10μm);醋酸盐缓冲溶液(取醋酸铵80g、辛烷磺酸钠2g加水800mL溶解后,用冰醋酸调节pH值至4.2,加水至1000mL)—甲醇(40∶60)为流动相;检测波长:甲硝唑315nm,醋酸氯己定260nm。醋酸氯己定、甲硝唑的回收率分别为99.27%、99.40%,RSD分别为0.57%、0.55%(n=9)。该方法简便,结果准确可靠。

To establish HPLC for determination of chlorhexidine acetate and metronidazole in compound chlorhexidine acetate and metronidazole suppositories.Hypersil C 18 column(200mm×4.6mm,10μm)made by Dalian Elite company was used.The mobile phase was consisted of acetic acid buffer(containing0.2%sodium octanesulfonate,adjust pH to4.2with acetic acid glacial).Detec-tion wavelength were315nm for metronidazole and260nm for chlorhexidine acetate.The average recovery(n=9)was99.27%for metronidazole and99.40%for chlorhexidine acetate.The method is simple,accurate and reliable.
