Synthesis of Isopropyl Acetate by continuous Reactive Distillation

摘要 以乙酸和异丙醇为原料通过连续反应精馏合成乙酸异丙酯 ,实验研究了影响反应的因素 ,结果表明最佳合成条件为 :酸醇比 1∶1.2 ,回流比 3,异丙醇的进料流量 2mL/min,硫酸用量为乙酸体积的 2 % ,乙酸异丙酯的最大收率为 92 .5%。 The process of continuous reactive distillation for the synthesis of isopropyl acetate with acetic acid and isopropyl alcohol was studied . The influence factors on the process were investigated by experiments. The results showed that the optimum conditions were as follows:acid- alcohol molar ratio was 1∶1.2; reflux ratio was 3; the feeding flux of isopropyl alcohol was 2 mL/min;the volume percentage of H 2SO 4 in feeding acetic acid was 2 %. The yield of isopropyl acetate was up to 92.5 %.
