摘要
采用固定化米根霉 (Rhizopusoryzae)R1 1 1 发酵得到的L -乳酸发酵液直接制备L -乳酸亚铁。对制备反应的工艺进行了研究 ,确定了适宜的反应条件。当FeCl2 /L -CaLa2 摩尔比为 1.1、反应温度 6 5~ 70℃、反应时间 30min、乙醇洗液浓度为 80 %~ 85% (V/V )时 ,L -乳酸亚铁收率最高 ,产品含量≥ 96 %。
A method of producing Ferrous L-lactate form the fermented liquor of L-lactic acid by immobilized Rhizopus oryzae R 111 was investigated. The experiment results showed that the optimum technological conditions can be obtained when the molar ratio of FeCl 2 and L-CaLa 2 was 1.1, reaction temperature was 65~70 ℃, reaction time was 30min and the concentration of ethanol for wash was 80 %~85 % (V/V), The yield of Ferrous L-lactate was highest, The product quality was accorded with the national standard of the food additive, and the product purity was at least 96 %.
