摘要
叙述了Sol-Gel法制备SiO2 膜的原理以及工艺 ;举例说明了近些年来SiO2 膜的制备进展 ,讨论了SiO2 膜制备过程的影响因素 ;进而指出了采用Sol-Gel制备SiO2 膜存在的问题。为SiO2 膜的制备提供参考。
The theory and technique of Sol-Gel Derived Silica Membranes were introduced. Took some examples to explain the progress of the derived silica membranes. The influencing factors were discussed. In the process of derived silica membrane. Pointed out the questions in that process. This article can be a reference for derived membrane.
