Synthesis of S-(+)-alaninol

研究了以L-2-氨基丙酸为原料,在乙二醇二甲醚体系中,经硼氢化锌还原后,用液碱处理得S-(+)-2-氨基丙醇,其收率达56.4％以上,纯度≥99.0％。其中硼氢化锌由硼氢化钾和无水氯化锌反应制得。

The synthesis of S-(+)-alaninol was described. L- Alanine, as starting material , was reduced in dimethoxyethane by zinc borohydride and hydrolyzed with sodium hydroxide to yield the title compound with 56.4% overall yield and 99% content. Zinc borohydride was prepared by the reaction of potassium borohydride and anhydrous zinc chloride.
