论消费者权益保护法中的民事法律责任

On the civil law responsibility concerning protection law of consumers'right

消费者权益保护法中的法律责任包括两个部分:一是因生产经营者违反保护消费者权益的法律规定的义务而应承担的法律后果;二是因生产经营者违反与消费者约定的义务而应承担的法律后果。

The legal duties in the protection law of consumers' right are composed of two parts: the first, productive operators who violate the obligations ruled by that law should bear the final results, the second, they should bear the legal results because they violate the treaty agreed with the consumers.
