本文从教书育人、服务社会、制定培养计划和双师型队伍建设四个方面对高职培养人才的目标及途径展开论述。

The approach and the goal of talents cultivated in high vocational college are discussed in this paper from the following four aspects: imparting knowledge to cultivate students, serving the society, making the programme and constructing the teachers team with dual role.
