Knowledge Management in Chinese Companies: A Review of Related Research

随着信息化和知识经济的到来,知识管理应运而生并成为组织竞争及生存的主要措施。为了将现有的知识管理水平推向更高的层次,总结企业知识管理的研究现状并对其进行展望很有必要。本文运用统计、比较方法对相关著作和论文进行了统计研究,并对研究中的重点问题及相关成果作了分析总结。

Using statistical and thematic analysis, this paper presents a review of monographs and papers published in the area of knowledge management of Chinese companies. Major achievements of previous research and key issues of current concern are identified.
