摘要
现代运动训练理论的发展和实践的深入 ,使运动训练中的训练周期的观念更新、训练负荷的安排、恢复手段的采用有了深刻的新认识。注重整体力量训练 ,运动员体能训练与技战术训练紧密结合的新思路。
Modern training theories and fruther practice result in renewing concept of training circle and profound realization of means of resuming from training load. We should think highly of a new thought combining stamina training with technical and tactical training.
