摘要
SNPs(Singlenucleotidepolymorphisms)是近年来发展起来的最有效的新一代分子标记。本文对SNPs的发展、基本原理、检测 ,以及在确定疾病相关基因研究中的应用进行了介绍和评述。
SNPs(Single nucleotide polymorphisms) is considered as the most powerful molecular marker for next generation. SNPs is introduced as a new marker and its development, principle, inspect and application in the reseach on identifying disease related genes are described in this paper.
