摘要
结合工业曝气的过程,首次提出了纳米TiO2纤维修饰工业废弃空心玻璃漂珠的方案,模拟曝气反应条件,采用光催化试验分解水体中有机污染物有较好的催化效果,且具有很好的再生性及大幅度降低操作成本。实验中采用硅酸钠为成膜物质进行粘附和高温烧结的方法,实现TiO2对玻璃漂珠的修饰;以光催化分解甲基橙的试验来检测催化荆的光催化活性,并对制备条件、加入量以及光源等条件进行了优化。
The scheme for the modification of discarded hollow glass pearls by nanometer TiO2 fiber is first proposed in combination with the industrial aeration process. Aeration reaction conditions are simulated and photo-catalysis tests are conducted to decompose organic pollutants in water bodies. Satisfactory catalysis results are achieved, the catalyst can be easily renewed and the operating cost can be reduced by a big margin. Sodium silicate is used as film-forming agent in the tests to conduct adhesion and high-temperature sintering. The modification of glass pearls by TiO2 is therefore achieved. The photo-catalysis activity of the catalyst is tested by the decomposition of methyl orange through photo-catalysis. Preparation conditions,addition amount and light source are also optimized.
