摘要
研究了甲基膦酸二甲酯(DMMP)的不同用量对聚氨酯弹性体阻燃性能和力学性能的影响。结果表明,随着DMMP用量的增大,聚氨酯弹性体的阻燃性能提高,伸长率增加,而力学性能下降,当DMMP的质量分数为3%左右时,聚氨酯弹性体力学性能变化不大;而聚酯型聚氨酯弹性体氧指数可达28,聚醚型聚氨酯弹性体也达到27以上,可满足聚氨酯弹性体材料的阻燃要求。
The mechnical properties and fire retardancy of polyurethane elastomer with the addition of DMMP was studied, and the mechnical properties and fire retardancy of polyurethane elastomer was determined. It was found that with the increasing of DMMP, the mechnical strength performance of polyurethane elastomer decreased but the elongation of polyurethane elastomer at break increased and the fire retardancy of polyurethane elastomer improved. When the adding quantity of DMMP was not more than 3 % , the mecnanical properties of polyurethane elastomer changed small, the oxygen index of polyether polyurethane elastomer and polyester polyurethane elastomer had reached to 28 and 27. It can be fit for general retardance material.
