摘要
概述了硫醇在生产高固含量聚合物多元醇工艺过程中的作用,使用硫醇作链转移剂,可提高聚合物多元醇(POP)的固含量,降低其粘度。对生产中出现的常见问题提出了建议。
The important effects of thiol during the process of producing polymer polyol with high solid content were summarized. Using thiol as chain transfer agent can increase the solid content and decrease the viscosity of polymer polyol (POP). Some advices on the problems that should be paid attention to in the producing process were given.
