以邻氯苯基硫脲和硫酰氯为原料,经环合反应制得2 氨基 4 氯苯并噻唑,收率为94 8%,探讨了溶媒种类、投料比、反应温度和反应时间对收率的影响,并改进了合成工艺。
Amino 4 chloro benzothiazole was prepared from 2 chloro phenyl thiourea and sulfuryl chloride by cyclization in 94.8% yield. The effect of the kinds of solution medias, the proportion of materials, the reaction temperature, and the time on the yield was investigated. The process of synthesis was improved.
