The Synthesis of 2-Cyano-4’-Methyl Phenylbenzene.

摘要 以溴化亚铜为催化剂,将邻苯甲腈与对溴甲苯偶联制备了合成沙坦类药物的关键中间体2 氰基 4′ 甲基联苯,收率50%。 cyano 4’ methyl phenylbenzene, a key intermediate of Sartan drug, was synthesized from 4 bromotoluene and 2 bromobenzonitrile in the present of cuprous bromide as a catalyst. The yield is 50%.
