摘要
用正交实验法制备了黄连素β 环糊精包合物,考察了环糊精用量、反应时间和黄连素用量等因素对包合物的影响。用紫外分光光度法测定了包合物的溶解度和包结比,并对包合物与黄连素的抑菌能力作了比较。实验结果表明:黄连素用量为0 030g,β 环糊精2 0g,包合时间90min,包合物收率可达68%以上。包合物的溶解度为4 826g/100ml水,包结比为1∶2,抑菌试验表明:包合物的抑菌能力比黄连素稍有增强。
The inclusion complexes of berberine with β Cyclodextrin were made by orthonormal test. The factors, such as the amount of β Cyclodextrin and berberine, and reacting times on inclusion reaction, were investigated. Solubility and molar ratio of β Cyclodextrin inclusion complexes was measured by U vis spectrophoto metry, and the ability of bacteriostatic was compared. The results show that when the amount of berberine and β Cyclodextrin is 0.03g and 2.0g, and the reacting time 90min, the ratio of inclusion complexes is 68%. The solubility is 4.826g/100ml H 2O, and molar ratio is 1∶2, The bacteriosterium test show that the ability of inclusion complexes is stronger than berberine.
