摘要
以一水合硫酸氢钠为催化剂 ,利用高压微波技术 ,快速合成了对硝基苯甲酸乙酯。用正交试验研究了各反应因素对产品收率的影响 ,确定最佳反应条件为 :以 2 0 g对硝基苯甲酸为准 ,醇酸物质的量比为 4∶1,催化剂用量为 1 0 g ,微波时间为 9min ,微波功率为 5 2 2W ,产率达 97 8%。
The p-nitro-ethylbenzoate was synthesized fastly with the technique of high pressure microwawe,and the catalyst of sodium bisulfate monohydrate.the orthogonal experiment ofr influencing factors on the reaction were studied,the best conditions were as follows:the mole ration of ethyl alcohol and nitrobenoic acid was 4∶1,the amount of catalyst was 1.0g,the power of microwave was 522W,the radiating time of microwave was 9min,the yield was 97.8%.
