摘要
介绍了国内首次采用桐油改性酚醛树脂与溴化环氧树脂混合热压交联制玻璃布基覆铜箔板 ,测试了所制覆铜箔板有关的电性能 ,结果表明 :制品性能指标达到或超过了国内类似环氧改性酚醛树脂覆铜箔板产品的性能。
The copper-covering foil based on glass woven fabric was prepared by crosslinking of brominating epoxy resin and tung oil modified phenol-aldehyde resin,the test result on its electrical property showed that it reached and exceeded the properties of national similar products.
