利用相转移催化反应合成对氯α-氨基苯乙酸的研究

Research on Synthesizing 4-Cl-α-Amino Phenylacetic Acid by Using Phase-transfer Catalytic Method

摘要 本文以氯仿、对氯苯甲醛和氨水为主要原料 ,初步试验了利用相转移催化反应在两相条件下合成对氯α 氨基苯乙酸。主要反应条件为 :温度 0℃ ,向含有三乙基苄基氯化铵 (TEBA)、氢氧化钾、氯化锂、浓氨水、二氯甲烷的反应体系中滴加对氯苯甲醛、氯仿、二氯甲烷的混合液 ,保持对系统连续缓慢通氨 ,并不断搅拌。和其他文献方法相比 ,该法操作过程简单 ,试剂廉价易得 。 4-Cl-α-Amino phenylacetic acid was synthesized by using chloroform, 4 Cl benzaldehyde and aqueous ammonia as raw material under two phase condition. The reaction is carried out by dropwise addition at 0℃ of a mixture of 4 Cl benzaldehyde, chloroform and dichloromethane to a system containing triethylbenzylammonium (TEBA), potassium hydroxide, lithium chloride, concentrated aqueous ammonia and dichloromethane keeping the system under a slow stream of gaseous ammonia with continuous stirring Compared with the methods in literatures, this technology is characterized as simplicity of operation and easily available and inexpensive reagents with bright commercialization prospect.
