双酚S二酐取代缩合工艺研究

摘要 研究了双酚S二酐的取代缩合反应工艺,用硝基取代法及相转移催化合成双酚S二酐的缩合物——双(3,4-N-甲基酞酰亚胺-4-苯氧基)砜,其工艺路线可行。 The process of the substitution and condensation of bisphenol S dianhydride··(BSDA) was studied. The condensation compound of BSDA-bis (3,4-N-methylphthalimide-4-phenoxy) sulfone was synthesized by the method of nitro-substitution and by theappling of phase transfer catalyst.The test results show that the processing routeis viable.
