摘要 利用机械共混的方法,在双辊塑炼机和平板硫化机上于185℃下制备PVC/ACR抗冲击改性共混物。按照GB1040—79制备标准缺口冲击样条并进行冲击性能测试,在扫描电子显微镜上进行冲击样条的内部结构分析。结果表明,以韧性方式断裂的共混物会产生明显的应力白化区,且区内ACR粒子呈现出严重的空洞化形变,因此空洞化诱导聚氯乙烯塑料基体发生剪切屈服是ACR增韧聚氯乙烯的机理。 The PVC/ACR polymer blends were prepared by melt processing on a two-rollermill and molded at 185℃.The standard impact test specimens were made according toGB 1040—79 .All the specimens were notched and impacted on Izod impact testingmachine.The mechanical properties were studied.The micro-structure of PVC/ACR wereobserved and analysed by SEM.The results show that the stress-whitened area isformed near the fracture surface,where seriously cavitations are formed in ACRparticles.Therefore it is proposed that the toughening mechanism of PVC is rubbercavitation introduces shear yielding of PVC matrix.
