高速列车机车用复合材料车头盖的研制

The Development of Composite Frontmask for High-Speed Train

介绍了“中华之星”高速列车机车用聚合物复合材料开闭罩和固定罩的模具设计、材料选择、模具和产品制备过程 ,以及制品性能检测和应用结果。结果表明 ,研制的聚合物复合材料车头盖的模具设计、材料选择合理 ,模具和产品制备工艺符合列车机车用车头盖的性能要求 ,经实际应用考核 ,复合材料车头盖满足使用的需要。

In the present paper,mould design,material selection,mould and product manufacturing process,the final product performance tests as well as the application results of FRP frontmask made by hand lay-up for 'China Star' high-speed train are introduced.
