摘要
大连市水资源严重短缺 ,人均水资源占有量不足全国平均值的 1 /4。地下水因海水入侵等原因污染严重 ;工农业用水效率较低 ,造成水资源浪费。为使大连市水资源得到可持续利用 ,一方面需采取综合措施 ,提高水资源的利用效率 ,另一方面需要继续建设大型引水工程。
Dalian is serious shortage of fresh water the per capita amount of fresh water in Dalian accounts for less than one-fourth of that in china It can be attributed to two reasons One is that ground water is polluted by sea water invasion, another is that the inefficient usage in industry and agriculture results in huge consumption for water In order to explore the resource of fresh water in Dalian sustainedly, two aspects must be taken: one is to enhance the efficiency of water usage, another is to build large water conservancy
