以盘锦市 1 995～ 2 0 0 2年交通噪声监测结果为依据 ,进行现状和变化趋势分析 ,找出存在问题 。

This article is based on the monitoring results of traffic noise from 1995 to 2002.After analyzing the present situation and changing trend,it finds out the existing problems,and then gives the countermeasures and suggestions to prevent pollution.
