利用抬眉术去除眉间皱纹及鱼尾纹临床体会

Clincal observation on removing glabellar frown lines and crow's lies using roulift

目的 :利用抬眉术切口 ,去除眉间皱纹及鱼尾纹 ,提高面部年青化手术效果。方法 :抬眉术可改善眉形 ,矫正上脸皮肤松垂 ,利用该切口向内侧切断皱眉肌及降眉肌 ,去除眉间皱纹 ,向外侧悬吊外眦部眼轮匝肌 ,去除或减少鱼尾纹。结果 :眉形流畅美观 ,上脸松垂矫正 ,去除眉间皱纹 ,去除或减少鱼尾纹 ,上眼睑周围皱纹明显减轻。结论 :提高了抬眉术术后面部年青化手术效果。

Objective:To remove glabellar frown lines and crow’s lines using browlift which improve beautify face.Methods:Browlift can improve eyebrow’s form correct covering of the upper eyelids skin,using browlift cut off draw brow muscle and drop brow musele toward inside to remove glabellar frown lines, suspense ovbicularis oculi muscle toward outside to or reduce crow’s lines.Results:Eyebrow form looks fluent and beautiful, correct covering of the upper eyelids skin, remore glabellar frown lines, remove or reduce crow’s lines, then the upper eyelids skin’s lines reduce obviously.Conclusion:It can improve beautify face after browlift.
