新生儿低钠血症39例临床分析

The clinical analysis of 39 cases of patients with hyponatremia

目的 :探讨新生儿低钠血症的病因及临床表现 ,寻求有效的防治发方法。方法 :回顾性总结了我院 4年中收治的 3 9例低钠血症的临床资料。结果 :重症钠血症 11例 ( 2 8.2 1% ) ,轻症者 2 8例 ( 71.79 % )。病因主要有 :早产儿喂养不当、腹泻、输液过多、围产期窒息和感染等。治愈 3 7例 ,死亡 2例。结论 :新生儿低钠血症常为危重症的合并症 ,可导致原发病的恶化或不可逆转。故应知道针对不同病因积极采取不同的防治方法。

Objective:To explore the causes of disease and clinical manifestation of neonates with hyponatremia. To search for the effective way of prevention and cure.Methods: Reviewed: the clinical data in 39 cases of neonatal patients with hyponatremia in our hospital during 4 years.Results: The patients with severe and mild hyponatremia are 11 cases (28.21%) and 28 cases (71.79%) respectively. The main causes of disease include: the inappropriate feed to premature infant, diarrhea, excessive transfusion, asphyxia and infection. during perinatal period etc. 37 cases rehabilitated and 2 cases died. Conclusion: The neonatal hyponatremia is complication of severe illness. It can make the protopathy deteriorated or irreversible, So we should take active and different prevention and cure against various causes of diseases.
