摘要
在塑料共注成型中,芯层熔体前沿突破是导致废品的主要原因,其成型机理至今尚未弄清。为此就聚合物流变性能参数和工艺参数对芯层熔体前沿突破的影响进行了实验研究和数值模拟,建立了聚合物流变性能参数、工艺参数与芯层熔体前沿突破的规律性关系,并结合流变学理论揭示了其影响机理。
The melt front breakthrough of the core is the main cause of forming waster in the co-injection molding. The initiating mechanism of the front breakthrough is lack of understanding, therefore, the experimental study and numerical simulation on the effect of the polymer rheological parameters and process parameters on the melt front breakthrough of the core are implemented. The relation between each parameters and the front breakthrough is established. And the initiating mechanism of the melt front breakthrough is disclosed in the opinion of the rheologieal theory.
