分析周向带有10个出油孔的分油管的工艺特点,介绍成型该塑料件的注塑模结构及一种特殊的圆周方向10型芯侧向抽芯结构,阐述该模具的工作过程和模具设计与制造中应注意的问题。
The characteristic of the branch pipe-line with 10 orifices in circumference is analyzed, the structure of the injection mold and the special circumference 10-mandrel flume taking out mandrel through side are introduced, and the working process of the mold and the questions should he paid attention to in the design and manufacture of the injection mold are expounded.
