摘要
对塑料加工中气力输送的各种供料方式的性能、特点和使用场合进行比较、分析。重点讨论了传统文丘里供料器在实际应用中存在的问题。介绍了国内外几种新型文丘里供料器的结构、特点和用途。指出采用组合式供料器,即将文丘里供料器与机械旋转式连续供料器进行组合使用,可以同时改善两者单独使用时存在的问题。
The performance, characteristics and applications of the several kinds of the feeding modes in the pneumatic conveying are compared and analyzed. The practical problem of the conventional Venturi feeders is discussed. The new kinds of ejectors using at home and abroad, including its structures, properties and purposes are introduced. The combination of two kinds of feeders, for example, the combination of Venturi feeder and continuous mechanical rotating feeder might improve its present problems in using respectively.
