酵母双杂交系统在中枢神经系统疾病研究中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 酵母双杂交系统是一项检测体内蛋白-蛋白间相互作用的新技术,与其他体外方法相比,它简便、可靠、敏感性好,接近体内真实情况,并可快速获得目的蛋白的编码基因,已在中枢神经疾病尤其是感染性和变性性疾病研究中广泛应用。
