玛咖提取物对雄性小鼠性活力的影响

Effect of Lepidium meyenii extracts on sexual behavior of male mice

目的:探讨口服玛咖根粉末的水提物、石油醚提取物和乙醇提取物对雄性小鼠性活力的影响。方法:将筛选后的小鼠随机分为实验组和对照组。实验组分别以各玛咖提取物的高、低剂量(4,0.8mg·g^(-1))灌胃,对照组自由活动。d6灌胃后1h,按1:3将雄、雌鼠合笼,记录各雄鼠交尾潜伏期和1h内的交尾次数。结果:与对照组比较,玛咖各提取物均明显缩短雄性小白鼠的交尾潜伏期并增加交尾次数。其中,石油醚提取物的效果最为显著。结论:玛咖石油醚提取物可显著增强雄性小鼠的性活力。

Objective: To study the effect of Lepidium meyenii (Maca) extracts on sexual behavior of male mice. Methods:3 kinds of Maca extracts were prepared respectively by extraction of the pulverized Maca root with water,petroleum ether,or ethanol.The enrolled mice were randomly divided into active and control groups. Mice in the active groups were given one of the 3 kinds of extracts in 2 different doses (4,0.8mg·g-1) for 6d and no drug was given to mice in the control group. 1h after last dose of extracts, female mice were added to the male in the active and control group respectively in proportion of 3 females:1 male. The copulation latency and copulation times within Ih were recorded for each male mouse. Results:In comparison with control group,the copulation latency was decreased and the copulation time was increased in mice received any Maca extracts but petroleum ether extract was more potent than the other 2 extracts. Conclusion:Data obtained indicated that Maca extracts,especially the petroleum ether extract,can improve the sexual behavior of male mice.
