肠道疾病治疗中的口服结肠靶向给药系统

Oral colon specific targeting drug-delivery system in management of gastrointestinal diseases

口服结肠靶向给药在治疗肠道疾病方面具有使用方便、结肠部位药物浓度较高的优点;其应用类型有3种:利用结肠特殊生理特性、靶向免疫调节细胞和生物黏附原理的结肠靶向给药系统。现对此3种口服结肠靶向给药系统的制备和应用进行综述。

The oral colon specific targeting drug-delivery system(OCSTDS) are easy to use and can increase the local drug level of colon in treatment of gastrointestinal diseases. There are 3 types: OCSTDS by use of the particular physiological characteristics of colon, OCSTDS by use of targeting immune-regulating cells, and OCSTDS by use of bioadhesive principle. The preparation and application of the 3 types of OCSTDS were reviewed in this paper.
