摘要
将自制接枝聚丙烯(PP g AA)作为聚丙烯(PP)与尼龙6(PA6)共混的大分子相容剂,深入研究了加入PP g AA后PP/PA6塑料合金的各种力学性能以及合金的微相结构,通过对共混物的DSC测试,考察了PP g AA用量及其接枝率对共混物各组分的熔点及其结晶性能的影响。
In this article, the various mechanic character and the microstructure of PP/PA6 alloy were studied in detail by using self-made grafted polypropylene as the compatilizer of PP and PA6.Through the DSC experiment of the blends, the effects of the graft rate and the content of grafted polypropylene on the melting point and the crystallization of each blend's component were also studied in our paper.
