摘要
笔者建立了工艺流程,通过对吡啶氯化工艺条件的定量研究,主要考察了温度、空速、配比对吡啶转化率和氯化选择性的影响,最终确立最佳工艺条件是:反应温度335℃,液体吡啶空速19L/(kg.h),原料配比n(氯气)∶n(吡啶)=8∶1。为今后吡啶氯化动力学研究以及工业化生产奠定基础。
The technical flow of the chlorination of pyridine was established in this paper. Studying on the technics quantitatively, we analyzed the effect of temperature, airspeed and the proportion of materials on the pyridine conversion and chlorination selectivity. The best condition was confirmed: reaction temperature: 335℃, airspeed of liquid pyridine: 19L/(kg.h), n(Cl_2):n(Pyridine)=8∶1. It settled some questions of the kinetic research and industrialization in the future.
