摘要 碳纳米管为具纳米级尺寸的新型碳材料 ,有优异的电化学稳定性 ,可呈现导体性质 ,故有许多潜在应用价值。但碳纳米管原始粉体通常夹杂非晶碳 ,本文叙述了对粉体实施高温、高压的石墨化处理 ,该方法可使非晶碳转变为晶态碳 ,从而改善碳纳米管的性能。 Carbon nanotube is a new kind of carbon material of nanometer dimension,which has excellent electrochemistry stability and approximate conductivity,so it has a potential value in many areas.But the manufactured carbon nanotube often tangles with some amorphous carbon.In the paper the carbon nanotube powder graphitization method under the condition of high temperature and pressure is described,which can change the amorphous carbon to crystalline carbon and improve the function of carbon nanotube.
