摘要 论述了注塑成形过程仿真系统HSCAE3D的关键技术、创新点和所取得的技术效果 ,介绍了HSCAE3D系统的应用情况和取得的经济效益。试验和实践证明 ,HSCAE3D系统为注塑制品和模具的虚拟制造奠定了坚实的理论、技术基础 ,构成了注塑制品成形质量全面控制的核心技术。 The key technique,innovation points and technical effects of HSCAE3D simulation system of the injection moulding process are expounded.The application and economic benefits of HSCAE3D system are introduced.The experiment and practice show that HSCAE3D system lays a solid foundation of theory and technology for virtual production of injection moulding products and die and becomes a kernel technology of comprehensive control of injection moulding quality.
