摘要
研究了用颗粒状活性炭固载的对甲苯磺酸作催化剂 ,在优化条件下催化合成乳酸正丁酯。实验结果表明 ,醇酸摩尔比为 3∶1(正丁醇 0 3mol,乳酸 0 1mol) ,催化剂用量为 0 6g ,在油浴温度为 10 5~ 12 5℃下回流反应 12 0min ,酯化率可达 98 34%以上。
The synthesis of n-butyl lactate catalyzed by p-toluenesulfonic acid supported on active carbon in the optimum conditions was investigated. The experiment results showed that the yield of n-butyl lactate was more than 98.34% while molar ratio of alcohol to acid was 3∶1(n-butanol 0.3 mol , lactic acid 0.1 mol ), amount of catalyst was 0.6 g, reaction temperature was 105~ 125 ℃ , and reaction time was 120 min .
