Purification of Polypropylene Glycol Glycerin Ether

在聚丙二醇甘油醚精制过程中 ,采用中和吸附法 ,通过加入适量的磷酸中和剂、晶种、晶粒增长剂及吸附剂进行考察 ,确定了最佳精制条件 :磷酸中和剂 1 16 %～ 1 2 4 %、NaH2 PO4·6H2 O晶种 0 2 %～ 0 3%、晶粒增长剂 0 4 %、吸附剂 0 6 % ,精制后可得到优质聚丙二醇甘油醚产品。

The method of neutralization and adsorption by adding adaptive phosphoric acid, crystal seeds, crystal growth agent and adsorbent was used in the process of purifying polypropylene glycol glycerin ether. The optimum purifying conditions were determined as follows: phosphoric acid 1 16%～1 24%,crystal seeds NaH 2PO 4·6H 2O 0 2%～ 0 3%,crystal growth agent 0 4%, and adsorbent 0 6%.High quality product of polypropylene glycol glycerin ether was obtained by the purification.
