摘要
为提高非均质性严重的地层原油采出率 ,合成了用于聚合物驱油的 4种交联剂 ,并对聚合物种类、用量和其与交联剂组成的体系进行了评价。 4 0℃下铝交联剂凝胶粘度低 ,酚醛树脂交联剂低温下不成胶 ,而有机铬交联剂 (J2 )和有机复合胺 (J3)交联效果好。当选用HPAM/有机铬交联剂 /有机酸交联体系时 ,其中HPAM相对分子质量为 2 1× 10 7,可通过改变体系pH值调节成胶速度 ,pH值 6 5时 ,14 0 0mg/LHPAM和 4 0 0mg/LJ2组成的体系在 4 0℃、30d可形成粘度为12 0mPa·s以上的凝胶 ,且热稳定性好 ,成胶时间能满足现场施工需要。 14 0 0mg/LHPAM和10 0 0mg/LJ3交联剂组成的体系 ,成胶时间长 。
Four crosslinkers were synthesized to increase oil production for heterogeneous reservoirs.The type and amount of polyacrylamide and the crosslinking systems were also evaluated. The viscosity of crosslinking system with Al 3+ crosslinker was very low at 40 ℃ , and the phenolic resin crosslinker had low reactive ability at low temperature,while organic Cr 3+ crosslinker (J2) and amine mixture crosslinker(J3) had good crosslinking ability and thermal stability.The crosslinking system with 1 400 mg/L HPAM, 400 mg/L J2, and pH value from 6 to 7 had viscosity over 120 mPa·s after 30 days at 40 ℃ ,which had thermal stability. The gelation time could satify the need in fields. The crosslinking system with 1 400 mg/L HPAM and 1 000 mg/L J3 was used for deep reservoir flooding and profile control.
