摘要
针对河南油田云 2井白云岩储层的特点 ,根据大量的室内试验 ,评选出酸压的胶凝酸、普通酸、复合酸酸液配方 ,其酸液腐蚀速度 2 4 75 3g/m2 ·h ,铁离子质量分数 82 91% ,表面张力为 2 8mN/m。确定了胶凝酸→普通酸→胶凝酸→普通酸→复合酸→活性水的酸压工艺 ,利用普通酸与胶凝酸交替注入实现深穿透 ,复合酸作为封口剂 ,避免近井地带污染堵塞。同时全面考虑井筒温度场及裂缝温度场、裂缝几何尺寸模拟、酸岩反应参数和酸蚀裂缝参数 ,制定了云 2井酸压施工方案 ,2 0 0 3年 1月 1日该技术首次在河南油田进行了现场施工 ,并取得成功。
The acid formulations of gelling acid, common acid and compound acid for acid were determinated fracturing of Well Yun 2 in dolomite reservoir of Henan Oilfield based on experiments. The acids had inhibited corrosion speed 2 473 5 g/m 2·h ,iron ion content by mass 82 91% and surface tension 28 mN/m .The acid fracturing process of gelling acid→common acid→gelling acid→common acid→compound acid→active water was determined. Alternative injection of common acid and gelling acid achieved deep penetration. Compound acid as sealing agent prevented near well bore from pollution and damage. An operation program of acid fracturing process for Well Yun 2 was designed on the full consideration of well bore and fissure temperature field, fissure geometrical size simulation, acid and rock reaction parameters, and acid corrosive parameters. The technique was successfully used in Well Yun 2 for the first time on January 1,2003.
