有机胺改性聚醚污水处理剂的合成和应用

Synthesis and Application of Amine-modified Polyether Sewage Disposal Agent

以含 1～ 4个羟基的有机醇、环氧氯丙烷和有机胺为原料 ,在催化剂作用下聚合成有机胺改性聚醚 (KL - 1)污水处理剂。通过室内和现场试验表明 ,KL - 1污水处理剂不仅具有良好的污油、固体悬浮物去除效果 ,而且具有较好的杀菌和缓蚀性能 。

The amine-modified polyether KL-1 sewage disposal agent was prepared with organic alcohol containing 1～4 hydroxy, epoxy chloropropane, organic amine as raw materials by catalyst. The experiment and field application showed that it had good effect on removing waste oil and suspended soild, bactericidal action, and corrosion inhibition. It was a multifunctional sewage disposal agent with good application prospect and economic benefit.
